Officine Maccaferri, platform company of Ambienta SGR S.p.A. and a global leader in environmental engineering solutions, and PSS Global Ltd, today announces the launch of Prime Synthetic Solutions Ltd, a new joint venture which is set to accelerate the offshore energy, transportation, and communication infrastructure markets with innovative and sustainable polymer composite solutions. This new entity will leverage the two companies' combined expertise, engineering capabilities, and complementary technologies to deliver solutions that assist the energy sector. 

Elevating Industry Standards 
Prime Synthetic Solutions Ltd will focus on developing and providing advanced polymer composites that replace traditional metallic based solutions with polymeric solutions. By working closely with clients, the company aims to develop customized products that exceed industry standards in performance and durability. Prime Synthetic Solutions' key product offerings are ParaFil™ and ParaLoop™. 

The polymer composite products offered by Prime Synthetic Solutions Ltd are virtually maintenance-free, resistant to UV and corrosion, and unaffected by extreme environmental conditions, making them ideal for diverse applications in the offshore energy, transportation-, and communication infrastructure markets.

ParaFil™ is a highly durable technical fiber rope system, selling globally for over 55 years. It consists of a core of closely packed, high-strength polymer fibers encased in a protective polymeric sheath, combined with a specific termination system.
