ParaFil™: High-Strength Polymer Fiber Rope System

ParaFil™ is a high-performance synthetic rope system designed for durability, strength, and adaptability in critical engineering environments. Engineered from closely packed, high-tensile polymer fibers aligned in parallel and encased in a protective polymeric sheath, ParaFil™ delivers exceptional mechanical performance across a wide range of applications.

This advanced rope structure is paired with a proprietary termination system, resulting in a solution capable of withstanding the most complex operational demands—whether in infrastructure, defence, energy, or transport.

ParaFil™ is available as free-length rope or as terminated strops, precisely cut and ready for deployment. Each product is optimized by selecting the ideal combination of polymer fiber and protective coating to match the expected operating conditions. This material flexibility allows us to engineer ropes with tailored characteristics, from UV resistance and thermal stability to electrical insulation and corrosion resistance.

Our ability to produce custom configurations in small runs enables us to respond quickly to client needs, co-creating solutions that are lighter, longer-lasting, and more resilient than traditional alternatives.

ParaFil™ Rope Terminations

ParaFil™ synthetic ropes are equipped with specially designed terminations that ensure secure and reliable connections across a wide range of applications. These terminations are engineered to work seamlessly with the rope system, enabling safe attachment to structural elements, equipment, or infrastructure.

We offer a broad selection of termination options to meet diverse operational needs, and we frequently collaborate with clients to develop bespoke solutions tailored to specific project requirements. This flexibility allows us to deliver optimized performance.

It’s important to note that ParaFil™ terminations are uniquely designed for compatibility with our rope systems. Using third-party terminations may compromise the integrity of the connection and reduce overall system performance. For best results, we recommend discussing your application with our team to ensure the right termination is selected for your needs.
