The ultimate synthetic strapping solution

ParaLoop™ is the solution for when a fixing has to hold real load but welding isn't permitted, when steel banding will corrode away long before the asset's design life, or when the strap itself has to be non-conductive, non-corroding, and effectively maintenance-free.

Our continuous-loop strapping system ParaLoop™ has been deployed worldwide for over 40 years. It is specified for offshore distributed buoyancy modules and piggy backing. ParaLoop™ can also be used onshore wherever high-strength, corrosion-free strapping is required: structural retrofit banding for ageing concrete and masonry, thermal insulation retention.

ParaLoop™ is manufactured to specific customer requirements. Strength, width, fibre type, sheath material, and internal circumference are all configured to match the application, with breaking loads up to 300 tonnes available on request.

Configurable to your application

ParaLoop™ is built to order. Standard ranges cover internal circumferences from 500 mm to 40,000 mm, widths from 25 to 90 mm, and tensile strengths from 10 to 300 kN, with bespoke sizes and strengths produced beyond those tables on request.

The webbing core is available in high-strength polyester, standard modulus aramid, or high modulus aramid, with sheath options selected to match the operating environment. We engineer the right strap for the job, not a one-size product to be retrofitted to it.

ParaLoop™ Clamp Straps

ParaLoop™ Clamp Straps are a specialised member of the ParaLoop™ family, engineered for high-strength clamping of cables, ropes, hoses, and similar elongated bodies. Constructed from high-tenacity aramid fibres in a UV-stabilised polymeric sheath, with a compact profile and configurable dimensions, Clamp Straps are used where a lightweight, corrosion-resistant clamping solution is required in industrial and offshore environments.
